Obama: Impeachment For High Crimes and Misdemeanors

President B. Hussein Obama, V.P J. Biden, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, Homeland Security Director, Napolitano, House Speaker, Pelosi, Sen. Reid, and all lower officials, other senators and congressmen who willingly, knowingly and deliberately, failed to protect our borders and allow "Domestic Violence" and "Death" shall be: impeached, tried, and if found guilty, Punished. This is according to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV Section 4:
Since the President touts himself a professor of Constitutional Law, the punishment applied should be SEVERE! So should the punishment for all the willing "underlings" and the willing Senators and Representatives who sit back and flout the Will OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. That is- while we are still American People, and not living according to the banana republics moral corruption, ignorance, and squalor!

Article V of the U.S. Constitution says:
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application OF TWO THIRDS OF THE SEVERAL STATES, SHALL CALL A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AMENDMENTS, WHICH IN EITHER CASE SHALL BE VALID TO ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES, AS PART OF THIS CONSTITUTION WHEN RATIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURES OF THREE FOURTHS OF THE SEVERAL STATES, OR BY CONVENTIONS IN THREE FOURTHS THREOF, AS THE ONE OR THE OTHER MODE OF RATIFICATION MAY BE PROPOSED BY CONGRESS.

Um, you do realize that the Obama Administration and the current Congress has committed more resources than ever before to fighting illegal immigration, don't you?What you are quoting states that it's up to the Federal Government to protect the U.S. against invasion, which would mean that the State of Arizona is breaking the Constitution for trying to enforce immigration law, not the President nor Congress.UM- Less than enough is inadequate- Most of them were NOT doing patrols. So you don't care about our fellow citizens in jeopardy, our people getting killed, ignorant people who cannot be assimilated, the 1.2 billion that AZ /year has to scrape up for the cost of education not counting hospital care for "Anchor Babies" and who knows how many fanatical moslems in between. You think it's OK for Obama to NOT do his job? Are you really an American? YOU are more concerned with your politics than our countries rights? Get on your Horst and ride around the Sonora Desert and see if you're not "target practice! Let me know when- if- you come back.Crime is actually down in Arizona. What I'm suggesting is that this issue has been blown out of proportion as a scare tactic for political purposes. If President Obama isn't doing his job (it was the Republicans who blocked the immigration bill from coming up for debate) then George Bush did even less of his job, but I don't recall any outrage anything like this when he was president. I live in a border state, but I don't know anyone who is afraid of being randomly shot by illegal immigrants here in Texas.Again, all indications is that this is scare-mongering for political gain. There is a legitimate issue that needs to be dealt with, but to put it all on the President is a little short-sighted.We all tend to pick out what supports our view, which is natural. However when the facts are obscured, hidden or distorted ( transparency? ) it is difficult to get the truth. Bush was no prize either and he failed his duties too. But here is what the Sheriffs say: Over 100,000 illegals have left the state - so methinks you prove the point- thieves are made when they steal into our country to steal our rights of citizenship and financially burden a "broke" country, and they continue wherever they go. We have the right to choose who comes into this country and that should be the peoples that are the best - for us! What ever happened to German, Polish, Italian immigration????Yeah! Whatever happened to those people who are governors , businessmen and women, and leaders of our country? Except for Napolitano! Don't forget the Irish and all the rest. Even the Estonians, the Finns and the Latvians!Yes, there is a legitimate issue that needs to be dealt with , and is is NOT being dealt with by this administration. The issue is the the law of the land is not being upheld by the federal government. We have a federal law that says "no illegal immigrants can be here." That is why the president is being blamed , it is his watch, the stewardship of the federal government is his now,not Bush's. He hasn't been president for two years now. Get over the Bush thing.Why is Arizona getting heat for upholding federal immigration laws in the manner already used in Rhode Island (except there they do it with the help of the Fed)? Because they made a state law. So the true issue here is state's rights: does the state have a right to take over and legislate when they see the federal government not following there own law? If Arizona is doing something wrong, then what is the federal government doing when they don't follow their own laws.The reason Bush is relevant is to point out that this is largely a political scare tactic by Conservatives. Obama is doing more than Bush did, yet it is Obama who is being blamed much more than Bush ever was. It's Obama's baby now, we all get that. But it's curious as to why this is such a big issue now with Conservatives when it wasn't nearly as much of an issue when Bush was president.The quote above in the original article clearly states that it is the Legislature's responsibility to apply whatever is necessary, unless the Legislature is not convened. The Legislature has been convened through most of this debacle, but the Republicans have consistently blocked the issue from being addressed. So even the facts of this article don't support your argument.Yet you blame the President for some odd reason.Lets see, you say it is the legislature but you neglected to mention the dems have had a majority, which they have held for two years prior to Bush leaving. Interesting how they have rammed, several bills through with out Rep signing on and or blocking the issue, but not this one. I guess they love there gullible and uneducated voting base more then they love the security of this country.#1 He is now the president going on two years now. #2 Our citizens are getting menaced and killed. #3 We weren't broke when Bush was Prez. #4. The STATE Legislature - got it? # 5. Where were you when GW threw this country into the hellish mess that President Obama inherited? I never heard you call for Bush's impeachment. Amazing how quickly you glorified pappy yokum racists dust off the white sheets and dunce caps the minute a black man has to clean up the mess that it took scores of intellectually challenged white men to make. I'm so glad that you were open and honest about your views, I was just about to place another order for your platinum plus. However, I refuse to support a company that seems to have such blatant disregard for the office of president.
